At AppTouDou, we aim to provide an excellent customer experience. Due to the nature of dropshipping, please review our refund and returns policy carefully.

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items marked as “final sale”.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Gift cards.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@apptudou.com, providing your order details and reason for return. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item unless it is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received within the expected timeframe:

  • Double-check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.
  • If you’ve completed these steps and have still not received your refund, contact us at support@apptudou.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at support@apptudou.com. Include photos or video evidence of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Exchanges

Due to our dropshipping business model, direct exchanges are not available. Please return your original item following our returns process and place a new order for the desired item.
